"On the day of check-out. The counter said that they are willing to help take care of the luggage, and informed us that the road to pick up the car would be under construction in an hour or two, and our car could continue to be parked here until 2:00 p.m.
We went back to the hotel before 2:00 p.m. and told the counter that we were going to pick up the car. While waiting for the car, we sat in the lobby restaurant and enjoyed the welcome drink. When we were about to leave, we found that the car was locked. Back to the counter to confirm, they told us that we had to pay the extra parking fee before returning the car key to us.
The hotel's valet fee is 55 Canadian dollars a day. We left before 2:30 p.m., but they forced us to pay 34 Canadian dollars in exchange for the car key. Our car key was not even on the counter, but "hidden" in the small room where the luggage is stored.
While waiting for the car, we sat in the lobby and didn't leave at all! The valet and the counter staff didn't even come to tell us that our car had arrived. They were not busy, and there were not many guests visiting during this time. At other times, they just stood and looked at us many times.
We walked past the counter on our way to the parking lot. We smiled and thanked them at that time, but they never told us anything about the parking fee. Instead, they watched us walk to the car and come back to the counter so that they could charge us the extra parking fee.
Stay Away! Do Not Recommend!

"The location and facilities of this hotel are great. The rooms are big enough, and the large windows face to the harbor. It's so beautiful to watch the sunrise in the early morning!
