TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. ”

“Outstanding staff. Front Desk Debby made me feel at home and very welcome to be their guest at their facility. My room was very clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby. The Shower was awesome, very amazing and made me feel so relaxed that I didn't want to leave the shower; It helped energize my day. Air conditioning worked very well. “Booked a night for the Evening Reds game. Our stay was good. Very clean room. The only issue we had was the heat was not working properly. A maintenance associate came to look at it and it seemed to be working but in the morning it was not working again. Not a huge inconvenience but noticeable. When we turned in our room keys they asked how our stay was and we explained about the heating not working. They were very gracious and apologetic and also comped our valet. I would stay here……
