“I booked a superior queen room that was far below its description. it was literally a triangle with the bed taking up three quarters of the room. it was supposed to have ocean views however they were only seen from the far corner of the veranda. It was however in a good location to the beach and restaurants.”

“The view was spectacular and enjoyed time sitting on the balcony. Moby Dicks is well position for a walk into town or a walk along the river. I found the little notes about what you can’t do eg. Cook meat on the stove, leave dishes in the sink etc annoying with the constant threat of being fined - not relaxing or welcoming. Don’t provide ammenities if you don’t want people to use them! Have shampoo etc in refill containers that can’t be moved if you don’t want them taken. ”

“This place has everything a traveler could possibly want. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, bar, restaurant and a brewery. I cannot recommend highly enough.”

“Camp kitchen available but didn't require it. Quiet despite being on main road. Close to most things. Decor was odd but all equipment worked despite age. Beds comfortable enough. Plenty of pillows and new towels daily. Rooms spacious enough. Would stay again if we were there.”

“We stayed in the two bedroom one bath unit. One room had a queen bed and other room had a queen and two twin beds. There was plenty in the room for our group of 6. It had a partial kitchen with no stove or oven. There was a refrigerator and microwave. There was a grill available in the common area near the pool.”

“Family trip. We wish we could stay there longer to enjoy the silent ambient and also the facilities. We have a big room and it is very convenience to parking our car directly at the front door of our "house". We encountered a snake at the pool and the staff there attended it and helped monitor it to ensure we feel safe. ”

“Great location very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Room nice and clean with a beautiful view. Easy to park and very friendly staff with easy check-in/check-out. Property is undertaking renovations but that didn’t bother us for a short stay. ”

“Stayed for a wedding, rooms were clean, it is central to everything, management were absolutely delightful to deal with and nothing was a bother, we arrived after 9 pm and the key was in a locked box with easy access, the bowls club was fantastic great food and it is right next door to the motel”
