"I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome—complete with their signature chocolate chip cookie—set the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property itself is beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush greenery and offering a peaceful escape from the usual hustle of Goa. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable bedding and all the modern amenities you’d expect. I especially appreciated the balcony views, which added a refreshing touch to my mornings. The staff deserves special mention—they were consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to help with any request. Their hospitality made a noticeable difference and added a personal touch to the overall experience. The food was another highlight. The breakfast spread was extensive, catering to a variety of tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. The on-site dining options offered a great mix of local Goan dishes and international cuisine. The pool area was well-maintained and perfect for unwinding, whether during the day or in the evening. The hotel’s location is also convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions while still maintaining a calm and secluded vibe. "The property is absolutely beautiful. The pools on the outside and inside are very nice and clean. The property is well maintained with a staff working diligently around the clock to preserve its beauty. There is a pretty awesome dinner and show sponsored by Le Petite Chef that is very nice and extremely affordable compared to the one in Delhi. The rooms are very nice, I stayed in a suite on the upper floor. Im not personally the biggest fan of Portuguese style, but it was done well. Again, I cant rave enough about how beautiful the property looks. On to the bad. The security will scrutinize the hell out of you. On multiple occasions I would walk by a guard and 5 mins later walk by the same guard and I would get the 3rd degree. I was on the property for 3 nights and I only left once, but I was questioned at least 20 times about if I was actually staying at the hotel. It was as if they were in disbelief. Lastly, a special thanks to the superstar TANAYA. From the second I checked in to the the moment I checked out, she was diligent and a powerhouse with resolving the most complicated and simple situations for me. She went above and beyond and never made me any false promises. I was there for a business trip and I was extremely busy and she took a huge weight off my shoulders. I had a really great experience and it was mainly due to her efforts to organize things. She should be promoted to hotel manager, she is an asset for the hotel! Overall, I give this place a two thumbs up"

"All of the staff were helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff on the 4th was very as efficient and kept the room tidy. The wait staff in the restaurant were helpful and even ensured that my order was cooked with no spices due to digestive problems. The hotel was in a safe location and the river view from my room was excellent. Now for the cons: the pool was inviting and I know it was windy which is why there were leaves and other debris floating in the water, the hotel could use some updating and sprucing up, and the casino forced us to play the tables before you could play the slots which was really weird. I handed my chips to my husband and walked out- we had heard of none of the tables in the casino; therefore didn’t know how to play which meant it was a waste of my time and money; the only table we had heard of was Black Jack and it was full. "

"We didnt receive aiport pick up and drop off service by the resort. When we asked them the staff stated they don’t peovide that service but why it was written in their hotel information if they dont want to provide this service. Secondly there was wedding going on and it was so noizy until 12.30 am. It was a big bollywood aongs noise and around 15 people were dancing and making noise. We feel like we could have stayed somewhere better instead of this resort so we could enjoy our stay more. "

"So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed at other prestige hotels in Fort Aguada. Small eating area partitioned off the main foyer but pleasant. Food - only vegetarian option but well prepared and tasty. Michelle and all her staff welcomed you as though you were family. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place to our family when they also visit. "

"This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again."
