「The hotel is charming. Rooms are large, comfortable, well-maintained and clean. The staff was great. We would have liked clearer advance instructions about how to arrive with a car and unload luggage. The hotel is in a very car-restricted zone. GPS tells you "You've arrived" when you are outside the restricted area. To drive close, you have to navigate through pedestrians and sidewalk cafés. Also, while the breakfast buffet was lovely, the restaurant was closed during our 3-day stay.」
