This hotel removed all of the interior locks. The only lock was the electronic lock that anyone with the right equipment could break into. Traveling alone, I could not stay there. The greedy property owners refused to refund my stay even though it was graduation weekend at the local university and it was a sell-out weekend. Shame on you!

What l didn’t like we had Roaches in the bathroom and in the beds! Our lights had to stay on all night cause the switches weren’t working! The towels wash clothes were dingy and so were the sheets looking yellow! I would not recommend for stay!!

We checked in. Went to our room and it smelled of smoke. We cannot stay in such a room due to health reasons. We went to the desk and told them we couldn’t stay and asked to check out. Since it was beyond “cancellation” window, they charged us for the stay anyway! We spent a total of 5 minutes in the room. We are at a loss of $ for a 5 minute stay and haven’t heard from the manager as the desk clerk said. This was our first and last attempt to stay in a Quaiity Inn.

My room didn't have a bedside table or lamp. I had to sleep with the bathroom light on for light. The light switch was clear across the room.

We were unable to stay due to being unfit for human occupancy. It was environmentally unsafe. The room smelled of mold and mildue and stale smoke. We left immediately and expect a full refund from Expedia. The lady at the front desk, however, was very pleasant but was unable to give us a refund due to booking thru Expedia.

Check in was fine. There was a plastic wrapper on the floor in the room. The inside door latch has been removed so I put a chair in front of the door for safety. The shower door does not have an inside handle. This property is convenient and clean but needs some maintenance badly.

The room had a very musky smell! Probably do to dirty air conditioner filters.
There was no deadbolt to secure room.
Overall this place needs to pay attention to details that matter to the guest.

We had an emergency and had to leave a day early and they would not give us a refund for the night we didn’t stay I would not recommend this hotel

The hallways smelled like garbage. The room smelled badly like cigarette smoke. The room was not cleaned well. There was a water bottle and sunglasses under the chair from a previous guest. The pool did not look clean at all.

The property appears to have been updated but part of our 1st floor ceiling seems to have water damage and is cracking/coming loose from the ceiling. The check in was smooth. The person on the desk was cordial but not South Carolina friendly, however the hotel was a decent value compared to most others in the area.

Noise all night in the hallway. No one ever at the front desk. was supposed to have a continental breakfast and there was nothing. Checked out day earlier

Breakfast was very limited. No scrambled eggs, bacon or sauage. No orange juice. No fruit except apples.
But price was reasonable and room was clean.

The property is in need of some updating. There’s no wow factor. Meaning there was nothing that stood out. The WiFi was spotty. It did not have a fresh smell, either in the common areas or the rooms. There was rarely a staff member at the front desk to greet you. We checked in on a Friday evening before 9pm, the person behind the check in desk seemed like she did not want to be there. Not rude but not inviting. They do offer complimentary shampoo & conditioner, of which the shampoo was empty in our room. Thankfully, I always bring my own. But for those who do not, it’s an inconvenience. Just a blah experience. Good thing we only needed to be in town for a couple of nights.
