The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern. “We booked this hotel because it was near family we were visiting and it had decent reviews. What a terrible experience. The lady at the front desk when we checked in seemed highly annoyed that we were bothering her. (The ladies at the desk the next morning were very nice - which is why I'm giving three stars instead of one). When we got to our room, it was not very clean and was in poor repair. (See photos). “If you go thru Expedia, you could get the least desired room, like I did. Oceanfront, ground floor blocked by fencing. The desk moved us to 3rd floor. You don’t get breakfast vouchers. Go thru the Oceanside Litchfield Inn website; better price and amenities.”
