DO NOT Stay here. The hotel and room itself was a pleasant stay. However, when I returned home I realized that $1,831.76 was taken from my account on 5/25. Today is 6/12. The lady at the front desk mentioned that my Expedia stay of 1 night was changed to 10 days. Why?? The GM, Monica, is never available to rectify the situation. At this point, I'm seeking legal action. If you stay here, please check your bank accts after your stay to make sure they didn't accidentally add a "0" to your 1-night stay like they did my family. There is no corp # to call as this is a franchise. Monica will be your only way to escalate. Good luck!
