As I entered the front desk area, I immediately was greeted by a lovely fresh scent. It was extremely clean. I have been to other Hilton hotels and never smelled that scent. It was very pleasing. The front desk employee who checked me into my room was very friendly.

Room was clean. The lobby is renovated, which gives a great first impression when arriving. The location is quiet at night and right next to the mall, making it easy to walk over and go shopping. Would stay here again.

The staff was very professional and helpful as I had to hide three different layovers and they were understanding and patient. I enjoyed the breakfast and their staff was very attentive as well. I have one feedback about one of the rooms that had two queen beds. I'm not sure but the scent in the pillows smell a bit like cigarette smoke.

The Staff were kind, friendly and professional. They remembered our names and were exceptionally hospital. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas.
