Not as advertised-the owner has since changed the listing to be more accurate but the owner is not honest. Dirty…gross Rude owner Had to contact the owner for every piece of info. Should have been provided without having to request the info every time we realized a new thing was not communicated. (Check-in procedures, where to park, WiFi information, etc) The location is good but that’s it. We stayed 10 minutes before determining that this place was completely unacceptable. We booked another place.

This is a basement space, dark and dirty. The back yard is very pretty and right on a nice peaceful pond/lake. The owner stays in the house and his dog was loose and in backyard when we got there, not a big deal but would have been nice to know. Strong smell of marijuana when we first opened the door. We were in town for a soccer tournament so just dropped bags and left. When we got back about 8:30 at night we looked around more , the more we looked the worse it got. Property in poor shape, hadn’t been swept, bugs on floor, fruit flies all around sink. We packed up and went to a nearby motel at about 9: The owner was outside with his dog as we were leaving, I tried to get his attention but I believe he was intoxicated (he admitted as much in the texts) and didn’t hear me. I took pictures and saved the texts but apparently not allowed to include them here. I didn’t expect my money back and never for it. Bottom line, very pretty location, everything else was not good.

This property was perfect for a few nights in Conyers for my daughter and I and our Dog! Very helpful host. Apartment clean and had everything we needed! Big yard, nice neighborhood with pretty lake in back.
