“The house was overall nice. The host was quick with responding. The game room was loved by all my guest. The house came with a lot of essentials that would be needed on a day to day basis. Just couldn’t find a mop. We were gone for the majority of our stay so we did not utilize the outside. The location is close to a lot of Atlanta’s hotspots. Just a few things I have to say that bothered me was the outside furniture was dirty, the driveway is steep, the host is constantly watching you on the……

“My wife and myself have rented many VRBO properties and have a top raying as guest. Unfortunately after driving for eight hours we found out the access code to the property did not work. The host did not respond to our messaging. We called vrbo customer service, they could not contact the host either. VRBO offered us assistance in finding another host and covering the cost of a higher price. That was wonderful. Due to the late time of day we declined and was given a full refund. Great job by……

“The decor of this home is so cool! The location is on a nice street but sandwiched between less nice areas. There was plenty of room, the amenities were ample, and communication was super easy. Even a little over necessary. Parking definitely requires an economy size car or street parking would be necessary. Loved that they used a key code that was personal to me, which made it very easy to remember. ”

“We visited Atlanta during an arctic blast and, unfortunately, the house we rented did not fair well in the cold. There was a terrible draft at every door and window and while the heat was fine in the upper floor where we slept, it never made it down the stairs to the living, dining and kitchen rooms. We reported this on our 3rd day and we were advised to turn up the heat, which didn't do anything for the lower floors. We bought blankets and a space heater so we could spend time in the living……

“The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you.”
