Bad - almost a scam, not recommended
It is probably the WORST 4-star hotel that I have ever been to. The staff on the night shift was awfully rude - they would tease at you and offer unhelpful opinions. This hotel only provides one bottle of water per stay - it means if you stay in the same room for two days - you would still only get ...

A well-located hotel to explore the surroundings of the river, within walking distance. The hotel room was clean and smelled good—friendly staff, free amenities like a good coffee machine and fruit at the reception—overall, it was a good value for money.

Paid parking through an outside company. Instructions on how to enter not clear. Intercom didn’t work, lucky Rambla responded quickly with options and came to our rescue. Online parking instructions not current and didn’t work. Not impressed with parking company
