"Housekeeping needs looking at our room 412 down the side of the toilet has not been cleaned for a very long time dust thick on the pipes and disregard used toilet paper. The actual toilet is so close to the wall there is no room to sit on it properly. The sink and mirror are that old they need replacing asap. Breakfast was very good Reception staff were excellent. Busy weekend and only one lift working which is crazy for a busy hotel."
