“Host was very responsive. Although house was in older neighborhood, it was nicely remodeled. Although we did use The patio, area could use some improvement .”

“The photos were impressive. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with2 garbage carts overflowing the garbage. The house is simply decorated, which is fine. The ice maker didnt work. Maintenance had a service call to repair. Still didn't work. No kitchen towels, Maintenance brought some and a bag of ice and ice trays. No electricity in the living room, maintenance brought a lamp. In the 3 closets there were 6 hangers. In main bedroom, no dresser to place clothes. Other 2 bedrooms had 2……

“I’m sorry to say, this was the worst VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. I write this only so owners can correct what is controllable. Bed squeaks so loud with every movement. Bed & pillows super uncomfortable (hurt my neck & back). They need a shade in the shower window so the world can’t see into the bathroom crystal clearly including the shower and toilet. Allow tenant to control A/C (it was so hot). Ensure ceiling fan works properly (remote didn’t work). Not controllable, but the traffic is super loud……

“this was a whole house rental. We stayed for a month in order to escape the cold and snow of the Midwest. The home was complete with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, garage, laundry room, and two full bathrooms. Since we had three adults in our party, it was nice to have two full bathrooms. Check in went well. The host was helpful and attentive. She even sent an associate to help us set up the television for streaming. We enjoyed being able to sit in the private space in the backyard. “The pool was very nice. Even unheated it was nice. Hot tub took a while to get warm enough but it did and was very nice to have available to us. The house was perfect except the kitchen supplies are very limited. Enough for basic cooking but if you want to make something special be sure to bring your own supplies. ”
