Drive It Home - NEW CONSTRUCTION - This is surely a home-run type of choice for families who seek a serene private setting close to the Dreams Park and / or the village of Cooperstown. This beautiful home is located in a small development of new homes - just a 5 minute drive to the Dreams Park! It sits on a 3 acre lot with well manicured grounds. The large open rear deck looks out over the valley with a breathtaking view of the gentle rolling foothills beyond. Watch for white tail deer foraging in the meadow at the end of the lawn.
A basketball hoop and game room provide entertainment for the whole family.
The common areas and bedrooms are all located on the first floor with an easy flow from one area to the next. Well chosen, upscale décor graces this inviting 3 bedroom / 2 bath home. Your hosts realize that families enjoy gathering in the kitchen. In the spirit of their family tradition, there is a comfortable seating and a dining area in the kitchen area. Sliding glass doors lead from the kitchen to a south facing open deck that runs along the whole back of the home

Peaceful home with great views and nice proximity to CDP
We enjoyed our stay at "Drive It Home" and especially enjoyed how close it is to Cooperstown Dreams Park as well as Cooperstown. Very nice views and everything was in good condition and the house is well stocked with common items that you'd normally have to purchase. All in all I'd highly recommend.

Great house for our stay!
The house has a beautiful setting, more space than we expected, & we would stay there again! Only 5 minutes to ballpark & 10 minutes to Cooperstown. I was lucky enough to cancel VRBO booking & booking with Cooperstown! Stay.

Perfect Setting to Relax
This property was absolutely perfect for our stay in Cooperstown. Just 8 min from Dreams park, and really about anywhere you want to go, downtown, Cooperstown bar factory in Hartwick and many restaurants. The house was well furnished, cozy and had all the amenities you need. The AC window units were perfect. The backyard was beautiful! Enjoy your coffee on the deck and it’s just…quiet. So peaceful and serene especially after a long day at the park. I would highly recommend this home for your stay and the owner is lovely and very responsive!
