“This location is right in the middle of everything!! If I had to note any issues at all it would be that the kitchen area (both inside and outside) should be sprayed for bugs. Once I saw little ant crawling on the counter and I bag group of ant right outside the window dragging something away, I just cleaned the counter thoroughly but still didn’t leave anything on the counter. The sugar and spice containers the owner has on the shelves were also covered in ants. As a Florida resident, I know……

“House was perfect for our strategic planning session for 4 days. We each had our own bedroom and had no problem sharing 3 bathrooms among 5 of us. We easily were able to get groceries, wine and other items delivered on a regular basis as needed via Uber Eats. We cooked and grilled most of our meals and when we did go out, it was only about a 20-30 min Uber ride to downtown and the waterfront. The Host was excellent to work with; very communicative. Neighborhood was residential and quiet. ……
