“Great place to stay, and would definitely stay again. Really nice place and a really nice area out back with fire pit, and easy access to the beach. They have a nice grill. Pictures and description need updates on Vrbo, due to TV being bigger and better than the description, and it also has a Roku, which is great. Needs a sign on side of the fridge, to point out the light switch hidden behind it.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this Seabrook cottage! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to everything in town. The home was spotless, cozy, and very dog-friendly, which made our trip even better. The host was professional, responsive, and communicated clearly from start to finish. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone visiting Seabrook and will definitely be back again!”

“The property was great, the stairs are very difficult to go down but with the size of the chalet I can understand why it is the way it is. Parking was right outside our door which was nice when unloading and loading the car. When we first got there, the room was very warm, but after opening both the upstairs and downstairs windows it cooled off pretty quickly. We saw several deer walk by our window which was fun to watch. We had no issue with noise, even though there were people staying in the……

“This was a wonderful house for a large group. There were 9 of us so we had our own space when wanted and yet a great gathering room when we got together. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was outstanding. A wonderful view of the ocean as well as a back yard with a great fire pit and areas if you wanted to just go out, sit with a cup of coffee and enjoy the scenery. ”

“We stay here every year and love the property and the owners. It’s clean, has everything we need for a 4 day stay - kitchen, board games, washer dryer, comfy beds! A short 10 minute drive to the main beach access and main strip with all the activities. We will be back next year!”

“Very comfortable beds, nice linens, well equipped kitchen for a rental, and excellent toiletries. Property is wild and lovely.I would simply suggest adding a tea kettle and perhaps a small orientation booklet. ”

“I loved how my dogs could roam the yard due do it being fenced! It felt homey and comfortable. It had everything we needed and owner answered my questions very quickly. Only thing I wished for is a four person sized table and chairs so we could have had the room to play cards or board games, and a little more room to eat. We’ll bring our folding card table and chairs along next visit. We’ll be back for sure!”
