“Staff was very helpful”

“I only spent one night there, but I loved the grounds and the Spanish architecture with authentic wooden doors and windows. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. Because I was there only one night, me and my sister ended up having breakfast outside of the hotel, so we didn’t get to try the food. But I definitely would stay there again and I would definitely recommend it to others.”

“Great location the facilities were fantastic. The staff was very helpful.”

“This proerty is located 15 min outside tzintzuntzan. Not the easiest to find , but what a find. Rustic, but yet with modern amenities. Pool, jacuzzi tub, bidet, air conditioning. Beds are huge, loaded with super soft sheets and pillows. Room is really nice with high ceilings. Bathroom was awesome. Great jacuzzi tub. The views of lake patcuaro from the room as well as many other spots on the property were great. The infinity pool with the great view of the lake. Definitely somplace to come amd……

“Fue una estancia excelente. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar es un encanto.”

“Muy amables”

“It was a very pleasant stay. Although my husband and I only stayed for one night during the festival, we still felt the quality of the hotel and the attentiveness of the service. Because of the tight schedule, we checked into the hotel close to the early morning, which was past the opening time of the parking lot, but the hotel staff still patiently coordinated and helped with parking. I like the design and public dining environment of the hotel. Their breakfast is very large and the service is……

“Staying at the hotel was a wonderful, relaxing experience throughout the entire four nights we were there. The owners and staff were very friendly, caring and helpful in organising local trips during our stay. The Mexican cooked breakfasts were superb - a great start to the day. The traditional room we booked was beautiful, spacious with hand painted tiles and sink in the bathroom. There was ample space to sit out on the veranda to pass the time overlooking the gorgeous gardens. Happily there……
