A horrendous experience
This was BY FAR the most disappointing experience we have ever had with any VRBO property. The managing company was extremely slow to respond to our queries.
Our arrival was devastating. The lockbox didn't have a key in it, so could not get into the apartment. Someone came in 15 minutes, but the apartment was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen including dish shelves. The key person cleaned for an hour while we cleaned the kitchen. We cleaned thoroughly a few days later. The bearskin rug and smaller skin throws were disgusting and impossible to clean; we folded them up and put them out of the way. The apartment might have been charming, but the bed, does not sleep two and there was no other sleeping option. Early in our last week the internet went down. NOVASOL did not get it fixed by the time we left. Before the internet trouble, we submitted a complaint; their response came after we left and has not been followed up. We delayed our review for a month hoping for some word from them; nothing. All travellers should avoid NOVASOL if it is at all possible.
