The facilities were clean and for the price I cannot complain, The fan in my capsule was broken which meant I had to sleep without a blanket, but this did not spoil my stay.

The pods where poorly ventilated the fans just made noise and didn't blow out air.. the place was noisy at all hours. Not just from other guests but all the staff as my pod was next to storage room and had to listen to cleaners rummaging around at stupid o'clock also inadequate space to store personal items as none of the pods have there own private lockers. having to sleep with one's luggage at the end of the mattress is a joke! The annoying thing you can store luggage down stairs in the bar area at extortionate rate £160 dkk for 24h At a time. If you like the privledge of sleeping after a long journey i wouldn't recommend

Fans on and still not enough ventilation in the cube so had to have the door open, but with so many cubes with people in every dorm room (and any other possible space in the building) the air quality is very poor. Be aware of neighbors snoring, farting, talking, walking, dressing, sexing -everyone hears everything.

Hotel manager was unfriendly. In gentle the website is inconvenient. Our room was cancelled without checking with us. We told the hotel we were arriving later but that didn’t seem to bother them. We had to book another room and had to pay a lot of money for that. Would not recommend it.

Loved this property, whole process is super easy and loved the convenience of it. However, the capsule felt like I was burning in the desert. No AC was absolutely brutal and would not recommend.

Die Lage der Unterkunft in Nyhavn ist großartig. Zur nächsten U-Bahn Station sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kabine, welche ich gebucht habe, hat ausreichend Platz für eine Person angeboten. Die Toiletten und Duschen waren meist sauber, sie wurden täglich durch das Personal gereinigt. Aus meiner Sicht hätte man die Kabine vor meiner Belegung noch besser reinigen können. In der Unterkunft war es während meines Aufenthaltes ruhig, und ich habe mich sicher gefühlt. Das Check-in war unkompliziert, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fun inexpensive stay in the heart of Copenhagen

Hotel Nyhavn63 is a hostel in a fantastically fun part of Copenhagen. There is not much in the way of service (have to rent towels, and most rooms do not have their own shower). We got a private room with a shower and toilet, which was spacious but no-frills. The building is very interesting and there is an Asian fusion restaurant on the premises that is FANTASTIC! There is also a small bar with limited items. But outside there is a world of food and drink in the part of Copenhagen once frequented by sailors on leave...

Finns potential, men många förbättringsområden

Det var jättevarmt i rummet så det gick inte att stänga kapseln, vilket förstörde hela syftet med att sova i kapsel. Det ledde till att man sov obekvämt och pga av det checkade vi ut en dag tidigt och bytte hotell. Toaletterna delade man två st på ca 15 kapslar och de gick knappt att spola, en läckte så det var vatten på golvet. Ingen avsedd plats för väskor i rummet så vi hade våra väskor i kapseln. Väldigt bra och central placering av hotellet med nära till allt. Det finns potential, men många förbättringsområden.
