酒店附近有間平價超市，前往景點及車站尚算方便。以餐券吸引客人不用房間清潔，有特色，但我們沒選用，因為不可能不掉棄垃圾。傢俬及房間內各設備佈滿塵埃，有點失望。最後一天加購了早餐券，但食物款式很少，不吸引。

its a historical building so u cant expect a totally new and modern one. Overall good. It's tidy but not as clean as we expected. The towel is not so clean and the coffee machine is filthy. Most of their staff are nice and friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is good, both food and service!!

Room was clean but rather dated and on the small side. Nowhere to store clothes other than a hanging rail, and nowhere for two suitcases, The bathroom was also dated and cramped, towels were clean but elderly and neither soft nor absorbent. The hotel’s location is definitely its strongest asset - very convenient and well-positioned for exploring the area. However, several disappointing aspects significantly impacted my stay. Upon arrival, I discovered that the room I had specifically reserved and paid extra for was not available. The photos used during booking were misleading, as the actual room provided was quite different from what was advertised. Additionally, the view from my room was disappointing and not what I had expected based on the booking details. The hotel also lacks basic amenities that many travelers expect, such as a spa or other recreational facilities. For the price point, I expected more comprehensive services and amenities. While the location saved this stay from being a complete disappointment, the poor room assignment, misleading photos, and limited facilities make it difficult to recommend.

Amazing spot to stay in Copenaghuen. Staff was amazing. Very helpful and nice. Rooms are very accomodating and have a great Danish decoration. It is located right in the heart of the main area of the city. Everything is walking distance.

Horrible -

Before my arrival, I reached out to the hotel requesting two double beds, as this was one of the options available when booking the Design Deluxe Double room with king size bed on Hotels.com. I never received a response. When I checked in, I found a full-size bed instead. When I went back to reception to ask if this was the room I had booked, I was told it was—but it looked completely different from the photos online. The bathroom was also nothing like what I saw when booking. The listing lacked clear photos and accurate information about the different room layouts under the same name. The toilet had not been cleaned thoroughly, the trash can was broken, and the shower had no shampoo. I requested shampoo, but my request was ignored. The shower space was extremely tight, and the design was completely different from what was pictured—the bathroom unit overall was a total surprise, and not in a good way. The hotel promotes itself as offering a Danish design experience, but in reality, the building feels old and in need of major updates. If you truly want to experience Danish design, I’d recommend visiting a museum or other cultural spaces—not this hotel. Given that this property is more expensive than several nicer hotels in the same neighborhood, I would strongly advise against booking here. Don’t be bamboozled by the marketing photos and descriptions.
