It was a good location and the staff was friendly. But the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. I could hear everything from people walking in the hallway to the noise outside, the walls are so thin. The breakfast was below average. I did not like how the eggs were tiny portions in individual jars, which were well underdone and very watery. I would’ve rather not spent money on the breakfast package.

Very disappointed with my stay. Arrived after 2pm, room not ready. No smile, no offer of coffee or drink despite booking suite which ALLEGEDLY had free drinks during stay ( of which i will discuss later.) When we returned later to access our room we were handed key card , went to the room and accessed an occupied room ! With a very shocked man on his bed! We were shocked and appalled. If you value your security and privacy dont book this hotel! We has to go back to reception and were given new cards to a different room. .... The "all inclusive suite" is not at all what they advertise. Whenver i requested drinks to my room they were too busy to answer so we ended up with nothing extra. Absolutely awful experience.....

Clean room and had all you needed but was on the small side. No temperature control. Staff helpful. Great location to metro and main sights but club near by that you could hear at night. Also walls thin so could hear other guests. Nice touches like free night cap and wine hour and other extras. Hotel very tired looking though and at times not very warm. Good breakfast.

Fantastic Bar and Fantastic Staff. Really nice organic breakfast. Our room was very "scandi" - only observation was that the bathroom was quite small. But overall this is a really great hotel in a great location for the Tivoli and downtown Copenhagen. We particularly liked the "happy hour" on Friday night serving free wine!

Our second stay at Hotel Danmark, it’s a good affordable option and the location is useful for accessing Tivoli, museums and the main train station, the metro is also nearby or it’s walkable into the city centre for shops restaurants & activities.

The breakfast was really well done. They had a variety of pastries and breads as well as healthy options. The breakfast room is bright and comfortable, and the staff was really accommodating. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure I knew where to go and how to get there. The room itself was small. The only issue I had was that often things like the glasses in the room did not appear to be changed out. But overall, I’d highly recommend this place. It’s in a great location. A quick walk to the train station and to Tripoli along with the national Museum of Denmark, which is incredible

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement 20 minutes de l’aéroport et entre 10 et 20 minutes des principaux points d’intérêt de la ville. C’est un excellent choix pour découvrir Copenhague facilement. Les chambres sont plutôt bien, propres et confortables, mais l’insonorisation pourrait être améliorée car on entend beaucoup ce qui se passe dans le couloir. Dans l’ensemble, bon rapport qualité/prix et je recommande surtout pour son emplacement pratique.

Lovely hotel but awful rooms

The hotel is nice and the wine and night cap is a nice touch. Loved the roof top terrace and breakfast was random but nice. The downside was the rooms, paper thin walls so you could hear people outside in the corridor like they were in the room with you. It was a very random metal frame around that I almost walked in to each day. The sink was in the room rather than the bathroom and the window wasn’t safe, no catch so could have easily have fallen out. Location good to the train station.
