First time travelling in Copenhagen with this large apartment hotel giving us nice image of the city. Got what we need in the room with quick response through email. Shower has no door and easily flood. 10 minutes walk to underground and 20 minutes walk to supermarket. Would be better paying less for this location but was nice for the overall caring experience.

This is the MUST STAY apartment in CPH.

I love love love this apartment and their kindly staff there, it feels like home and you can contact with them for any problems or questions related to staying in Copenhagen all day via Email or what’s app. It’s a home rather than an apartment, their decoration and service are super cosy. I was calling sick and got period suddenly on the check out date and they do help me a lot and let me postpone a but time to check out. I really do appreciate it and prefer to go back for staying again. Btw, the location is very easy to reach to metro and supermarket..etc.

No lift. We need to walk up stairs with our big suitcases. Really tired.it’s flooding when we take shower. All water go into the bedroom. We need to call house keeper to fix it during might night. But no one answered. Then we try all other method to contact the hotel. But still no one answers. Then we call expedia hk. And ask them to help us find the hotel contact. Although hotel send someone to fix it. But it’s Just a nightmare. We all finished showers until 0400 midnight. Kids are too tired that fall sleep even not shower yet. Will not come back to this hotel anymore.

Alisha prepared the room to an excellent standard both before and during my stay, thanks very much. The room has all the amenities I needed for a 15 day holiday, everything is modern and of course typically of Danish design which is very much to my liking. 5 mins from the metro, 10 minutes to the lufthavn and also the city. 10 minutes on foot to the beach or 1 stop on the metro and 5 minutes walk. The apartment is also situated near several supermarkets, restaurants and bars making it ideal to either cook at home or eat out. Simple entry with a keycode, no nfc or smartphone internet nonsense to open the doors. There's 24 hour help by phone, I never needed it but it's nice to know it's there just in case. I'll be staying here next time i visit København, there's no need to look elsewhere.

Olumsuz yanları: - Girişte bize verilen kod çalışmadı. Hotels üzerinden iletişime geçebildik, herhangi bir WhatsApp numaraları yok. - Mutfaktaki ekipmanlar yetersiz ve eskiydi, özellikle tava çok kötü durumdaydı. Kendimiz yeni tava ve spatula almak zorunda kaldık. - Raflardan aldığımız çatal bıçak gibi bazı eşyalar kirliydi. Ayrıca tuvalet kötü kokuyordu. Olumlu yanları: - Ulaşımı oldukça kolay, hem havalimanına hem de merkeze çok yakın. - Yataklar ve yorganlar 3 kişi için fazlasıyla yeterli. Oda oldukça sıcaktı, hatta dışarısı soğuk olmasına rağmen bazen cam açmak zorunda kaldık. - Muhit oldukça sessiz ve güzel, yakında 2 büyük market var. - Fiyatı Kopenhag için fena değil. Genel olarak karışık bir deneyimdi, mutfak eşyalarını yenileyip temizliğe özen gösterseler tam puan verirdim.

Bel appartement bien équipé. Proche du métro pour visiter le centre de Copenhague. Seul bémol : les places de parking, partagées avec l'hôtel SleepCph voisin, sont peu nombreuses. Il n'y en avait plus quand nous sommes arrivé (mais c'était une réservation à la dernière minute, ceci explique peut-être cela)
