Wonderful Copenhagen

A wonderful experience that more than met my very high standards. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, the location was perfect, near everything but not part of the hubbub. The apartment was sparkling clean and spacious, furnished with all of the basics. It’s an experience that I would recommend to everyone.

Perfect spot for our our home base in Copenhagen. We were able to walk just about everywhere, but close to public transit when we wanted to take a ride instead. The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable, we had a wonderful visit.

Great Apartment Great Location

My husband and I stayed at this lovely apartment with our granddaughter. It was nicely furnished, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed. The staff was in touch with us every day to see if we needed anything and responded to the few things we requested. The Apt was very well located. I would highly recommend the Rosenborg Apartmemts.

Our stay at the Rosenborg Appt. was one of the best VRBO reservations we have made. The apartment was very clean, in excellent condition and the kitchen was very well equipped The staff were very quick to respond by e-mail with any questions. We look forward to visiting Copenhagen again and staying at The Rosenborg Hotel Apartments.

Perfectly located and comfortable

The apartment was lovely. Centrally located and all sites were within walking distance. Expect to supply your own tissues and napkins as well as any cooking needs. Pots and pans as well as utensils and plates are very nice. Very secure. Any requests were handled immediately. Washer and dryer were there, although small and slow by American standards. My only criticism, which is not their fault, is the early morning collection of the dumpsters. This is a municipal collection, but they are dragged through the courtyard and we were awakes to what sounded like thunder. I would request an apartment that does not face the courtyard.

Noise and temperature are issues.

The positive parts of this apt are its central location & cleanliness.The drawbacks are the temperature of the apt. & the noise level. Despite being cool outside, the apt. was uncomfortably warm & stuffy. There was a fan in the bedroom but the issue is the windows only open a couple of inches sideways We wrote to the property mgrs & they offered another fan, which did not resolve the issue that that no windows opened enough to allow sufficient air circulation. The 2nd issue was noise. The property has a courtyard both in front and behind it. Any noise from the ground floor echoes upward in a sort of sound tunnel effect. The property provides chairs/tables so people sit in the courtyard. The sound was so loud that we had to close the window to hear the volume on a show we watching one night after a day of sight seeing. Our 2nd night, we were all awakened in the night & kept awake by a person having a loud conversation in the courtyard on the other side of the property. The property mgrs wrote back promptly but did not resolve our issues. As we we were unable to sleep for 2 nights, we requested another apt. or to be released-they offered a late checkout- so we left for a hotel. We have been renting properties for almost 20 yrs & have never written a negative review of a property. In a fitting end to our stay as we awaited our taxi, a woman was in the courtyard for 30 min. on her phone screaming, crying, and yelling with the noise echoing all around.

Great location vintage feel

Super location, clean , spacious nice feel. Elevator very convient as well as bag storage. Some street noise in morning on Friday early . 10 minutes duration.
