「The pool had to be closed early, as the shuttle driver had to go to the airport to pick up pilots. Upon return, the employee, named Carlos, apologized to us, and graciously re-opened the pool for us to swim. He went above and beyond his duty. He made us feel like friends, and told us he was happy to help in any way. A great employee!!!! All the staff was friendly and caring. Made our stay enjoyable.」

「We had a great stay while visiting our Fort Drum soldier. This hotel is very close to our son's home which was super convenient. They had a good breakfast with waffles, eggs and sausage. 「It's a nice clean property. You should know that it is right on I 81 and you can hear it all night. The pool is small but really clean and very warm. I love a warm pool! We didn't eat there. 「我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气」
