“Apprezzabili l'attenzione e la passione dei gestori nel portare avanti la struttura, MA: - la presenza di un pollaio nelle vicinanze con il canto continuo dei galli (a cui rispondono gli inevitabili canil) alle prime luci dell'alba rende il riposo faticosissimo - i servizi in camera sono spartani (p.e. letto particolarmente "molleggiante" e assenza di uno specchio) e soprattutto c'è poca pressione per l'acqua corrente. Siamo riusciti a fare la doccia utilizzando il filo d'acqua erogato, ma……

It is set right in the old town so everything is within easy walking distance. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the train and bus station. Highly recommend staying here.”

“The staff were absolutely amazing. They booked and recommended fabulous restaurants. We chatted and laughed with them in general especially the reception team. Room was cleaned every day by welcoming cleaning team. The breakfast was à la carte and really nice. Lovely comfortable beds and great to have a table and chairs to sit at outside your room in a terrace ( shared. And the back door onto Centro Historico was a welcome bonus. “What a lovely find. Firstly the excellent Aldo and his staff. Friendly and efficient. Always willing to go the extra mile and nothing too much trouble. Need something and you'll get an immediate response. A lovely fella. The rooms were perfect for us. Tucked in a quiet back street in the old city. Quiet. Inside the property be prepared for steep steps and in our suite a tight metal/wood staircase to the mezzanine bedroom. But really it was great and if you want to venture up to the roof terrace,……

“A+. Very relaxing atmosphere, close to the historic center of Lecce but removed from all the bustle and walkable to the nearby village of Cavalino. Excellent staff too. The Bella 'mbriana restaurant just down the road is magnificent.”

“The owner was fabulous with helping us navigate our stay and the staff was great. Breakfast was fabulous. The pool was great. Centrally located to everything we needed. We got lucky with parking but parking is an issue throughout Italy. It would be nice to have air conditioning because we couldn't keep the windows open due to foot traffic noise. great price point and lovely room. bathroom was large enough for two people to get ready. we really liked it.”

“Staff is good and location is great. The need for improvement should be in amenities and infrastructure, ie breakfast, towels, soap, tissues and ventilation. Overall it is more a boutique hotel and shouldn’t be advertise as a five star establishment.”
