「Our first time in Breckenridge, and we had the best stay! The room was very clean. The location was steps from main street, the parking garaga was an added bonus. Another bonus was the views. The property and surrounding areas are so picturesque. Loved this property. Would stay here again! 」

「We were there 3 nights and could never get maid service. We changed our own sheets the last night. The garbage across from our room was overflowing and smelled so bad. Managers too busy to help or do anything 」

「We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Were just spending a night as we arrived a day early before ski plans in Breckenridge. Arrive right when they we having happy hour with a free glass of wine and a nice assortment of snacks (meat, cheese, nuts, homemade pickles, etc.). room was clean and just what we needed, then had a delicious breakfast in the morning. Perfect location on Main St. to hit shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful.」
