Executive Town Home, Short Walk to Lifts, Ski In, Extra Bedding 164D

Be among the first to rent this gorgeous, platinum-rated town home! This spacious property is a short walk to both the Woodward (formerly Union Creek) and American Flyer chairlifts. Great location for beginners and experienced skiers alike! Complete with a BRAND NEW PRIVATE HOT TUB on the lower level, and balconies off both the living room, master suite, and bunk room. Making a total of 4 outdoor private spaces.
This tastefully appointed townhouse is ready for you to step in and enjoy your vacation with no stress. With a 2-car garage, you can store all the gear you may need. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter, summer is free.

Lower Level: The entry level of this home has two bedrooms with 1 room featuring a Queen Bed and the other featuring a Twin over Queen Bunk. This floor also features the private washer and dryer.

2nd Level: A full remodeled kitchen with everything you may need to cook a delicious dinner for all the family, while sitting around the big kitchen table. Spread out into the living room, relax on the new couch, which is also a pull out Queen sleeper sofa, with the gas fireplace going, and enjoy a family movie on one of the many new flat screen TV. This level also features a wonderful balcony overlooking the beautiful forested area, river, and Copper mountain.

3rd Level: The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a large en suite bathroom, on the 3rd floor. You will also enjoy sipping a cup of coffee on the top floor balcony, or watching the skiers go past ready to start or end their day. The other bedroom feature 2 sets of Twin over Full bunk beds, a private bathroom and large private balcony.

Excellent vacation

Property had enough space for our group. Plus, the property is located between central village and west village, making it easy for the beginners to get to a lift to green runs above west village and easy for the rest to get to more challenging runs above center and east villages.

Fun Family Spring Break Ski Trip

This house was the perfect location for getting little ones out on the slopes. The short walk to the ski school and lifts was fairly easy! The bedrooms were suprisingly larger than they looked in the pictures! It was the perfect lodging for a family of 14!

Loved it

Great location for ski in, walk out! This was our first time to Copper Mountain. We were situated perfectly for our less experienced skiers, and ski school. Going to Center Village for food and drinks was not a far walk. We would stay here again!

Great Location/Dated Property

The bedroom situation was misrepresented. One couple was forced to sleep in separate bunk beds. Less than ideal. Burnt out light bulbs, loose toilet seats and light switch fixtures. Dirty/oily pans in the cupboards. Only 3 water glasses and 4 wine glasses for a property that sleeps 12?? We had only one kitchen trash bag, no backups. You should also NOT advertise this property as a two car garage. It will only hold one, since there is the additional storage space for ski equipment. We were forced to pay for additional parking in a satellite lot. A major hassle for our family members. While this property is wonderful in its location and is nicely decorated, it has some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. We would not rent this particular property again, nor recommend it to others.

Great property, central location

This house worked really well for our group of 12. We could easily walk to west village for lessons and skiing. We also had plenty of space to spread out and play games at night. The property management was really responsive. Overall this was a great vacation and a great property!

Prime location at Copper Mountain

Wonderful trip for two families with teens. The house was perfectly appointed with every amenity you could think of. The location between two lifts was ideal and the walk made it a perfect “ ski in “ stay. Plenty of space to spread out for a break or gather for meals, movies, etc. The underground garage made for an easy and dry prep area to gear up and store ski equipment. Highly recommend!!
