「The house was comfortable, pleasant, and had everything we needed. The big backyard was really nice. It's in a very residential neighborhood, but was convenient to our activities in Norfolk. The only glitch was that the code we were given wasn't activated when we arrived. The owners were able to remotely unlock the door as soon as we reached them, and fixed it right away.」

「The host was good with communication ahead of time. Upon arrival, the home was in what appeared to be a state of abandonment. The code the host gave was right and we were able to get in. The AC was not on, so it was almost 90 degrees and the house smelled musky.
