「Worst Experience — Not Worth the Money & Poor Support from Hotels.com Our stay in the family room was extremely disappointing. There was no furniture at all except one bed with just a bedsheet — no chairs, no table, nothing. When we questioned the hotel staff, they simply said, “The same photo is uploaded online,” which is misleading. There was no privacy either. The back door was made of MS sheet without any proper lock, and only after repeated requests did they tie it with a steel wire to...

「For family room , only 02 water bottles were given. No toiletries provided. Washroom was dirty. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. Only restaurant service was excellent.」

「Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Cygnett Resort Mountain Breeze. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere, beautiful mountain views, spacious rooms, good food, and courteous staff. However, there were a few issues that affected our experience. We were allocated a corner suite, and our request for a room change was declined. One bathroom had a water supply issue, which was resolved promptly by the staff. The intercom wasn't working in both bathrooms and one bedroom, and the Wi-Fi didn't work...

「The property has a stunning view of the hills which will make you fall in love with it. However, our room had faulty switches because of which we couldn't turn on the geyser at all during our stay. Food was nice but a little on the expensive side.」

「The property is very old. There was no floor mat in the bathroom, if we open the shower the whole bathroom gets wet. Since there is no mat it's becoming messy. Night until 1AM there was some program happening outside. It was so noisy so couldn't sleep. They can improve cleanliness 」

「This hotel is a joke. This is nothing compared to a 5 star hotel or a resort. It's more like an Inn/Motel. Don't be fooled by the pictures on expedia. Roaches all over. Bed bugs under the blanket. Very unhygienic, especially if your traveling with a kid. Extremely disappointed. We checked out in less than 2 days. Additionally they only refunded for 1 night, not both nights. Terrible people. Food was alright though!」
