「Had a wonderful stay at this hotel before, so decided to take my husband for a Birthday treat. Staff are always very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. It’s at a beautiful location and the hotel is stunning, food is excellent. But unfortunately, this time I had a shocking encounter, of a man letting himself into my room, luckily I was dressed and had my husband with me. 「We had a fantastic stay at The Barnsdale, such a beautiful, relaxing and picturesque venue. We enjoyed use of the spa, which is beautifully done, small and intimate. Evening meal in the Brasserie was delicious with fabulous service and breakfast was just as delicious, with lots of choice and was well organised.
All staff were very polite and helpful, especially the lovely lady on reception. The welcome glass of wine on arrival was such a lovely touch.
