Tappa piacevolissima

B&B molto bello, curato in ogni dettaglio. Letto comodo con lenzuola ricamate nel perfetto stile del B&B, pulito e buona la colazione che viene servita in uno spazio comune piacevolissimo. Tutti molto gentili, ci sono venuti in contro sia nell'orario di arrivo, che anticipando la colazione visto che dovevamo ripartire presto. Peccato averci trascorso solo una notte. Super consigliato.

Ci hanno dato due camere comunicanti, una per mio figlio e una per me e mio marito. Bagno pulito e molto bello. Colazione buona. Posto accogliente anche fuori dalla camera, dove c’è la possibilità di utilizzare il frigo e mangiare qualcosa in autonomia.

Ho messo 2 stelle perché i proprietari della struttura non sanno accogliere bene i loro ospiti, a differenza del personale di servizio che ci ha accolti con molta gentilezza e professionalità, facendoci sentire a casa. Cosa che invece non hanno fatto i proprietari! In questi giorni c'è stata molta variabilità di temperatura e la sera nelle stanze necessitava di riscaldamento autonomo. I condizionatori in camera ci sono ma non vengono forniti i telecomandi, forse per risparmiare energia? Così ho dovuto chiamare Expedia proprio perché avendo chiesto all'ingresso il telecomando del clima mi è stato negato dicendomi che 22°deve andare bene per tutti. (fuori vento e pioggia dalla mattina). Non credo sia un'ottimo biglietto da visita. La struttura è bella ma dovrebbero lavorare di più sulle pubbliche relazioni ne. La mattina della partenza gli host non si sono per niente presentati per il check-out. Abbiamo fatto tutto con il personale di servizio. Molto cordiali

Molte cose da rivedere

Abbiamo prenotato in questo BB solo per una notte. Arrivati al cancello, visto che stava piovendo, non siamo scesi, ma abbiamo telefonato al numero di cellulare presente sulla targa, ma purtroppo non ha risposto nessuno, quindi siamo scesi e ci hanno aperto. Abbiamo parcheggiato e siamo andati in camera, voglio premettere che avevamo avvistato del nostro arrivo fra le 15 e 16, siamo arrivati alle 15:30 e la stanza era fredda, ci hanno accesi il riscaldamento ma solo per mezz'ora. Inoltre ci danno un mazzo di chiavi dove per uscire dal cancello con la macchina dovevi scedere apire il cancello e con una piccola chiave aprire il cancello. Comunque usciamo e rientriamo alle 21:30 la stanza era ancora fredda quindi ci siamo fatti una doccia calda e veloce e via a letto. Dormito abbastanza bene anche se le porte non sono insonorizzate e si sente tutto da una parte e dall'altra. L'indomani ci svegliamo ed andiamo a fare la colazione. Premetto che avevamo avvisato che mia moglie non poteva mangiare glutine e ci hanno portato solo un pacco di merendine confezionate, e comunque la colazione era alquanto deludente in quanto ti aspetti da un BB a conduzione famigliare che ci sia almeno qualche dolce/torta fatta in casa, ma a parte 3 cornetti di pasticceria il resto era tutto confezionato. Consiglio: temperatura camera intorno ai 24°, telecomando cancell, porte insonorizzate, soprattutto quelle vicino alla sala colazione, colazione con prodotti locali e fatti in casa. Buon lavoro. Ottima la posizione e la camera, la struttura è immersa nel silenzio e nel verde pur essendo a 100 m dalla stazione di Ellera e a 10 m dal centro città. La camera molto spaziosa e confortevole, con materasso di qualità. In generale mi ha stupito la posizione e un'attenzione ai dettagli di livello superiore, non da B/B

Peaceful place outside Perugia

Very nice boutique hotel with out airconditioning... My recommendation is to get air conditioning because the world is only getting hotter! I had a pleasant surprise on my arrival I new the owner, Vera....I worked with her as a designer in a local company designing ACTIVE SPORTSWEAR for Lafont SPA. years ago.
