"Walked into lobby to check in, and only thing i could hear was a voice yelling can i help you (come to find out it was on the camera system) finally a person came to check me in, get signed in and given 1 key for the room. Get to the room and it was hot in there. The shower had fresh water in it, there was urine on the top of the toliet, there was stuff screwed in place, and lamps powering other lamps. The amout of foot traffic in the parking lot was ridiculous for the short time i was there. "

"The room smelled like mel dew. The air conditioner was not working so we called the lady at the front desk and she come down and checked it.She was absolutely amazing with us. She got it to come on once and then it stopped.So it stayed warm in the room all night. When you took a shower, the water filled up in the tub and would not drain.And when the water did come out, it was very, very little."

"Room smelled musty, bathroom floor was very dirty, several chips in bathtub, overall did not look clean. Hotel is definitely showing its age and badly needs a major renovation. This is the worst Holiday Inn Express and Suites I have ever stayed at. Will not be returning."

"Family suite was perfect. Hotel was up to date and clean. Staff was amazing. They baked fesh cookies, offered free coffeez tea, hot cocoa and flavored water. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay on the lake. The two separate bedrooms with their own bath were fabulous."

"The property needs updating. Staff was friendly. One tiny bar of soap for two people. No shower soap. No hair dryer. One queen was lumpy the other fine. Parking was good. Breakfast was underwhelming. No fresh fruit, although there was signage for such. We got to breakfast at 7:20, scrambled eggs were just about gone. Barely got a spoonful. Although they had a sign for pastries, there were none. "
