「This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Only the elevator in the hotel is the big problem - when you use the elevator, you need to contact with the room key but it's always not work. 「Everythings are good, esp the service , muy bien. The choice of breakfast is limited but since it is free so it is still fine. The only thing to conplain isvthe water pressure of the shower which dispoointed me 」

「Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. Very eager to make one feel welcome and taken care of. An aide and the other young lady ( who I am sad to say I seem to forgot ) at desk were great. We had a very early flight and breakfast was waiting for us as was prearranged with the night clerk also very accommodating. The rooftop restaurant was tasty. Would definitely stay here again. Recommended 」
