Our chalet is located at the end of the tarmac road
1300 m above sea level, above the village of Cordon.
In winter we are in the middle of the Cordon ski area. You put your skis on directly on the terrace. The ski school and the departure of the ski lifts are 5 minutes away by the blue slope. The tracks pass next to the building. For hikers, the snowshoe trail begins at the end of the parking lot. The road is regularly cleared of snow to the chalet, but snow tires are necessary in winter for safety.
In summer, we are at the door of the mountain pastures, at the start of many hikes. The calm, the nature, the beauty of the panorama are the strong points of our situation.
Less than 30 minutes by car you will have access to many lakes for swimming, windsurfing, fishing or simply enjoying the beach for sunbathing.
For the discovery of the region, we are about 20 minutes from Combloux, 30 minutes from Megève, 1 hour from Chamonix, Annecy, Geneva, Aosta in Italy ...
We offer two apartments with a "mountain" decor with a unique view of the entire Mont Blanc range:
The "Mont-Joly" from 1 to 4 people (1 bedroom 1x160 + sofa bed 1x140 living room)
"Les Fiz" from 1 to 5 pers. (1 bedroom 1x160 + 1x80 + 1x140 sofa bed)
The two apartments communicate by an interior corridor and an exterior balcony.
These apartments, classified three stars, can be rented at any time of the year, mainly weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Possibility to rent minimum 2 nights outside school holiday periods.
The "end of stay cleaning" option includes the supply of sheets. Beds are made upon arrival.
Your car has a closed garage.
Wifi is free.
At your disposal a terrace on the 'South' side on which you can enjoy the sun loungers, have a barbecue and have lunch in the sun (except during the snow)
Each apartment is composed of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and TV area, an independent WC, a separate bathroom with Italian shower and heated towel rail. The floors of all the rooms are equipped with heating cables and additional electric convectors.
A baby kit is available at an additional cost with a travel cot and high chair.
