Villa Olive Grove and Sea view! The house is situated in North Corfu, at the beach of St.Spyridon. A beautiful villa with sea view and the mountains on the horizon ,standing 150m off the nearest beach on foot. It has 150 sq.m. cover, inside there is a big living room ,a dining room with an open fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with big patio doors which lead to the verandas,one of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other two have two single beds each, compound capable, all the doors of the house have implemented screens, also bedrooms feature air-condition, two bath rooms , a big one with a bathtub and a washing machine and the other with a shower. The veranda is continued on the two sides of the house and a smaller one in the backside, at the entrance area there is a big table and two sun bed. Satellite tv and wifi are featured as well.

Around the house is really peaceful and spacious with lots of olive trees and all kind of flowers . The parking area is next to the house. Next to the sandy beach there is a lagoon where you can see some fish from over a small bridge . The whole area is a part of Natura 2000 a natural reserve area with much green and other polymorphic details where you can go walking and exploring.
