We enjoyed a week family holiday at Asteraki

We enjoyed a week family holiday at Asteraki. A perfect place for a break in Corfu, walking distance from several nice beaches, enjoyable restaurants as well as a decent pool / bar offering nice food offered. Dado villas were very responsive and everything went well during our stay. We would highly recommend Asteraki for a family holiday!

The apartment was super nice

The apartment was super nice. There is enough space for a family with two kids. the balcony is awesome and you can sea the ocean. the swing and especially the gate in front of the stairs to protect the children are the best - thank you for that! They also provided a baby high chair and baby cot on request - Thanks! the pool you can use is beautiful and its only 5 min to walk to the beach and lots of restaurant. Supermarket and other shops are also close by. nevertheless we recommend a car to explore the beaches and nature. the mosquitos are horrible, but this is something you need to organize by yourself )

Nice apartment, good wifi, great location

Nice apartment, good wifi, great location. Access to the beautiful, clean pool in next door hotel and short walk to narrow pebbly beach with bars and loungers. On site a good restaurant with an all-day bar. Once a week an acoustic guitar concert and more entertainment. Short distance to the main road with lots of amenities, bars, shops and restaurants.

We had a car as we wanted to explore the island but you wouldn`t need one. The journey from the airport takes 50 - 60 mins, but once you`re there you have everything within walking distance. Lots of shops on the road parallel to the beach , and then a great choice of restaurants on the seafront ( all food was good and a great price, although our favourite was Medusa), although it`s not a really busy resort and has a very relaxed vibe. The pool is just through a gate and as we went at the end of September it was quiet but the bar was still open and serves good coffee and food. The apartment is a perfect size , the beds are comfortable and the shower is good. It also feels very private and isn`t overlooked.If you have any issues, Maria responds to any messages very quickly.

Posizione molto tranquilla e ottima la possibilità di usufruire della piscina del vicino hotel, così come del loro snack bar e ristorante. meravigliosa la terrazza di cui abbiamo usufruito per le colazione. l'appartamento è completo di tutti i servizi descritti e risulta vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Maria è un host molto reattiva e consiglio di leggere i suoi consigli nei vari messaggi per ciò che concerne il noleggio di auto (Katerinascars splendide persone, che offrono servizi a prezzo molto competitivo) e gite. Grazie per aver reso speciale questa vacanza.

Wir haben die Lage gut für Wanderausflüge in der Umgebung nutzen können

Wir haben die Lage gut für Wanderausflüge in der Umgebung nutzen können. Teilweise ist der Corfutrail in der Nähe und kann mit einbezogen werden. Weitere Wanderungen kann man auf Korfu gut machen, ein Auto ist dann aber empfehlenswert. Ein Ausflug nach Korfu-Stadt lässt sich problemlos mit Green-Buses erledigen. Die Fahrtzeit beträgt ca. 1,5 Stunden, Hin- und Rückfahrt kosteten 8 € pro Person. Der kurze Weg zum Meer hat es im Anschluss der Wanderung ermöglicht, uns mal eben im Meer abzukühlen. Auf der großen Terasse konnten wir dann den Nachmittag entspannt ausklingen lassen. Schön war, dass wir die Waschmaschine nutzen konnten, da unsere unternommenen Wanderungen doch sehr schweißtreibend waren. Sehr angenehm war, dass in jedem Zimmer ein Mückenschutz vor den Fenstern angebracht war.

Tak for et dejligt ophold - to voksne og to børn på 10 og 15. Dejlig lejlighed, ren og pæn. Gode senge. Super pool, selvom vandet var rigelig varmt, men det er jo meget varmt på Corfu☀️ Der er en lækker strand med det klareste vand kun 5 min. gåafstand. Flere restauranter langs stranden. Supermarked med mere - mindre end 10 min. gåafstand. Rigtig dejlig restaurant/bar ved poolen der har åben fra kl.9-22.30 hvor du kan få både mad og drikke til gode priser. Meget venligt personale. Vil klart anbefale denne lejlighed. Hvis vi skal give 5 stjerner - så kunne det være perfekt hvis der fx var en flaske vand på køl - det oplever jeg i mange andre Airbnb lejligheder og det betyder meget med den lille velkomst😊 Det kunne også være ekstra toiletpapir, der var 1 rulle. Men lejligheden var ikke dyr, så alt i alt god valuta for pengene her👌🏼
