WARNING! Read this before booking!

Warning! You are almost forced to leave a good review after your stay. He took the phone out of our hands because he wanted us to give a good review. That's why there are so many good reviews. The hotel room are dirty even after cleaning. Sheets and towels are not always changed even though they say they will. There are ants in the rooms and a bad smell. (Cigarette smell). The breakfast was a disaster and it is unclean as they wash by hand and there are 2 guys who do everything which feels unprofessional especially about the cleaning and breakfast. This is really not a 4 star hotel but rather 1 or 2 star. The person in charge of the hotel makes nasty comments and behaves very unprofessionally. We do not recommend this hotel! WE FEEL CHEATED!

⸻ From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive and genuinely friendly. A special mention goes to Mufasa and Ahmed (apologies if I’ve spelt their names wrong) who went above and beyond every single day. They brought us fresh toilet paper and cleared our rubbish daily, and always offered to change our bed linen and towels, making sure to do so only when we were out of the room to avoid disturbing us. Their thoughtfulness really stood out. The cocktails were not only delicious but beautifully presented. I especially loved how calm and quiet the pool area was — a refreshing change of pace from the busier side of Kavos, and such a picturesque spot to relax. Everywhere was spotless, and it was clear how hard the staff work to keep everything running smoothly. We couldn’t be more grateful for their efforts in making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you so much to the whole team!

The pool and surrounding were wonderful. Walked to Greek night in Kavos. It was acceptable to all kinds of shops and markets. The shower was lovely and the bed was extremely comfy.

Nous avons été installés dans une chambre aux conditions déplorables : draps tachés, serviettes trouées, clim défectueuse et, par-dessus tout, un manager totalement indifférent. Le ménage n’était pas fait. Après plusieurs réclamations, notamment suite à un coup de peinture dans la salle de bain qui dégageait une odeur insupportable, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Le manager a d’abord proposé de « masquer » l’odeur avec un simple spray. Même après ce transfert, aucun ménage n’a été effectué. Nous avons également rencontré un problème d’évacuation d’eau. Suite à une plainte déposée auprès d’Expedia, le manager nous a clairement signifié qu’il ne ferait plus rien pour nous aider.. bref, notre séjour n’était pas ce que l’on imaginait avec des chansons avec les tel et Expedia, faire des mails et n’avoir aucune aide de leur part
