This hotel was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Clean, beautiful, amazing views, the friendliest staff, great location and transportation and good quality food and activities!

Mario and team were great. Travelling solo - you don’t often get the service or room options but I had the best room and I was treated with such a genuine and warm welcome and stay. Food was good and hotel wasn’t over crowded in May. Any questions were answered quickly and they spoke great English also. Sincere thanks Mario and team.

Great staff, efficient and very friendly. Food was good and hearty for a small hotel. Comfy beds and good air con. Downsides were drinks, terrible both soft and alcoholic. Gin was vile. Everyone was buying their own juice and alcohol from the hotel shop. Room fine however we had glass shards on the floor, tea coffee and milk were not replenished and dirty cups not removed and replaced with fresh ones. Definitely not 4 star and I wouldn't go back but with a few basic tweaks it would be great.

Great location

Excellent check-in, very friendly. The entire experience from the airport to the hotel was perfect and the hotel is placed near a small beach woth a beautiful view over the Ionic sea and the island

It was a beautiful hotel, but there wasn’t much to do. The staff were very young and not as professional, although nice, and the cleanliness of cutlery,mattress and dining area wasn’t too great, overall it was a lovely time but wouldn’t book again

This is a stunning property. The room I had was larger than average and very clean. The rooftop bar is beautiful, as is everything else! The beach is not far, the hotel offers a frequent shuttle service throughout the day to get there and back. The only thing I’d point out, as per a previous review from somebody else is the Wi-Fi- it is really bad. The connection is very poor. However, the staff are super great and helpful. Try to get to the pool before 9.30am if you want to relax on the loungers else it gets quite busy, and they all get taken. Food is good- it is buffet style. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing experience at a beautiful hotel.

The hotel is fairly large, on a steep hill. First impression was lots of accommodation with limited facilities. (1 pool, 1 table tennis, 1 pool table). The hotel staff are fantastic, make you feel welcome and very attentive. Breakfast was it/good but the select does not change much Lunches were nice with some variation. Mid afternoon snack, was a nice offering but felt a little like leftover from breakfast and lunch… in a way it was nice to see no food waste but disappointing at the same time. Dinner, good selection, daily variation. Best part of the meals was seeing some Greek food/desserts and they catered for the people that preferred there staples (pasta, chips, etc) They have evening entertainment with was a plus, negative was that you could hear it in the rooms. It was off season so lots of shops and restaurants were closed, I would say as a tourist you want to visit corfu after 10th May. Summarise: Nice hotel and views. Staff are awesome, go out of their way to make your stay good. A little far from the own and other shopping but the bus is just outside the property

An overall good stay. Don't do the boat trip

An overall pleasant stay. The room was big and tidy. The bathroom however wasn't very clean. It had fungus growing at the bottom, but we reported it at the reception and it was fixed the next day. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and also offers alternatives if you have gluten or dairy intolerance. The pool was clean. The tables around the pool area and the glasses used at the pool bar weren't clean. The staff is kind and helpful. Boattrips : The receptionist recommended the boat trip with Joy Cruises to see Paxos, Antipaxos and the blue caves. That was a total disappointment. We received only 45 min instead of 1.5hr in Antipaxos, the boat only drove past the caves. It never sailed inside the caves as mentioned in the trip description. Also, they never mentioned that you have to be a good swimmer to go off in Antipaxos. The caves was a highlight for us and we never got to experience it even though the seas were calm and we had enough time. We ended up sitting on the boat the whole day and was only able to get off in Paxos for 2 hrs. A total disappointment and Joy cruises refusing any refund and the hotel refusing any compensation for a recommendation that was not as promised.

Schlecht..

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine langen Bewertungen, aber dieses Hotel war eine riesige Enttäuschung... Erstens: Wir sind hier in Griechenland, warum gab es beim Frühstücksbuffet keine Oliven oder wenigstens Feta? Das schlechteste Frühstück aller Zeiten!!! Zweitens wurden alle Tees und Kaffees mit salzigem Leitungswasser zubereitet, ekelhaft – ich konnte keine der Getränke trinken, alle Cocktails, Biere und Weine waren von minderwertiger Qualität, selbst das Lächeln und das nette Verhalten des Personals konnten diese schlechten Erfahrungen nicht wettmachen, außerdem war unsere Zimmernummer 209 – buchen Sie niemals dieses Zimmer. Die englischen Teenager schreien fast die ganze Nacht lang im Zimmer herum. Und zu guter Letzt der unerträgliche Geruch aus dem Abfluss der Toilette und der Dusche... Die schlechteste All-inclusive-Hotelerfahrung aller Zeiten!

Hotel staccato dalla struttura principale (reception, bar, ristorante, piscina) per arrivare di sera si caminava al buio perche per la strada non ce nemmeno lampioni in reception ci sono giustificati dicendo che strada era di comune e non era problema loro. Pero tutta strada in salita e ce un bel pezzo da fare, dovrebbero questa cosa indicare sulla descrizione di hotel che non ce. Bevande in bevibile, a pranzo e cena mancavano sempre sempre bicchieri puliti. Birra, vino no comment. Machina di caffe e cappuccino non so se si potrebbe chiamare machina di cafe. Tavoli sporchi per mangiare, e non sparecchiati che a volte non sapevi nemmeno dove sederti.

Detta hotell var absolut fint och ganska nyrenoverat, men besviken på all in clusive då det var samma mat varje dag till frukost lunch och middag. Man får heller inte vatten flaskor från hotellet utan måste ta med egen flaska och fylla på i deras bar om man vill ha vatten, men det smakade verkligen dåligt som salt vatten så man behövde köpa varje dag i Market. Sol stolarna var upptagna varje dag och man kunde knappt få plats om man kom efter kl 09. Det bästa med denna vistelse var vårt fina rum som låg en bit bort från pool området ( man fick skjuts med bil) med havsutsikt så så fint. Vi hade även den bästa chauffören som gjorde vår vistelse rolig - Daniel

Χωρις ζεστο νερο τις περισσοτερες ημερες!!

Ωραιο ξενοδοχειο, πολυ ευγενικο προσωπικο αλλα: πηγαμε τις ημερες του Πασχα (ειχε πολυ κοσμο) και δεν ειχαμε ζεστο νερο τις περισσοτερες ημερες. Η αιτιολογια ειναι οτι «υπαρχει προβλημα στο boiler και οι τεχνικοι μας εργαζονται να το επιλυσουν… σε μια ωρα θα εχετε»!! Ειχαμε για λιγη ωρα χλιαρο νερο και μετα παλι περναμε τηλεφωνο να παραπονεθουμε για το προβλημα. Απαραδεκτο αυτες τις ημερες που ηρθε ο κοσμος στο νησι να μην υπαρχει ζεστο νερο!!!
