La majorité du personnel était sympathique , souriant et efficace. L’hôtel avait pris en compte ma demande d’une chambre prêt des « facilities ».. Différents restaurants autre que le buffet général. Par contre les plats sont plutôt tièdes que chauds.Buffet déjeuner, dîner : Moyen + Le personnel prend les commandes boissons à table à l’extérieur . Pour les chambres : salle de bain très bien, chambre deco vieillotte pour moi. Piscine eau très froide , resto près de cette piscine très bien. Séjour en général très agréable !

Haben eine Woche Urlaub zu zweit, All Inclusive, gemacht, Das Hotel bzw. die Hotelanlage ist wirklich schön, der Strand ist weitläufig mit Sand und das Essen ist sehr gut. Neben dem Buffetrestaurant, welches eine großzügige Auswahl an wirklich hochwertigem Essen bietet, gab es noch weitere À la carte-Restaurants, die man reservieren konnte (waren in All Inclusive inkludiert). Ebenfalls kann ich das Wine Tasting sehr empfehlen. Das Personal war von der Putzfrau, über den Kellner bis zum Rezeptionisten ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit - wirklich Top!! Wir werden unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder in einem Grecotel machen - 100% Weiterempfehlung!!

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, hat unser Anliegen (Zimmerwechsel) angenommen und als es möglich war ohne nochmaliges Nachfragen umgesetzt (danke hierfür!!!) tolle großzügige Anlage, hervorragendes Essen und so viel Auswahl (verschiedene Restaurants), Lage am Meer, einfach ein Traum und Luxus pur und eine Urlaub zum Abschalten!

Die Anlage ist grundsätzlich sehr schön, vor allem der Bereich des Aquaparks - hier wird für groß & klein genug geboten und es ist sehr schön angelegt. Die Zimmer waren zwar sehr geräumig, jedoch gehören diese dringend renoviert, da es sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Essen war zum Teil sehr enttäuschend, auch die Themenrestaurants, welche man kostenlos 1x pro Woche buchen kann, haben uns nicht überzeugt. Strandbar ist super und auch der Strandbereich ist sehr schön und mit genügend Liegen ausgestattet. Beim Poolbereich war der Service gut, hier wurde immer geschaut, dass jeder alles hat. Leider waren hier nur meistens zu wenig Liegen verfügbar. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub, jedoch keine 5*, da es einfach sehr alt ist und die Qualität des Essens und auch teilweise der Getränke nicht auf diesem Niveau sind.

We stayed here for a family reunion, and I wanted to leave a review because the service was truly exceptional. Every single member of the staff we encountered went above and beyond to help. I've stayed at many five-star resorts around the world, but I have honestly never experienced this level of thoughtfulness, warmth, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they did everything in their power to make sure our family had everything we needed throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. The rooms were comfortable, although they weren't the highlight of the resort and could benefit from some updating. That said, the incredible hospitality more than made up for it. Overall, we had a wonderful trip filled with beautiful family memories. If you're looking for a place where the staff truly care about making your stay special, I would highly recommend it. Thank you to everyone who made our family reunion such a memorable experience.

The all inclusive concept here is really good- we stayed for 10 nights with 5 à la carte restaurants bookings. The buffet restaurant had amazing food and we enjoyed all our meals there too. There are multiple pool areas and the aqua park is a lot of fun, as it’s just hotel guests it’s not crowded and the slides are fast enough for the teens! The WhatsApp concierge service is very prompt and reliable and any issues where quickly responded to. The beach area is really beautiful and we loved the main palm pool area. The service is excellent and I enjoyed the wine tasting that the sommelier Georgia puts on - really helpful for restaurant choices! My only criticism is as a vegetarian many main meal options contained mushrooms which I can’t eat, and in truth aren’t the first choice option for a lot of vegetarians - more variety here would be good, and twice my altered dish arrived incorrectly though this was quickly corrected. One in my party has a severe food allergy and their care with this was exemplary. Beach area is beautiful and the sea and pool were around 30c which was perfect! Fabulous resort would return in a heartbeat!

We have stayed in gretocel lux me in crete twice and we booked this based on what we had experienced in crete and this was not the greatest experience. Our room was not what you see in the pictures we were a million miles away from the childrens pool, we asked to change rooms as it wasnt based on what they had advertised for a family apartment with balcony. The room was very run down and the lift we could just about get a pram into it. My eldest daughter got food posioning and the shower flooded the bathroom everyday, the fridge made the worse sounds and we were right above the entertainment in the square so having a 2 year old trying to put her to sleep was hard. It was a real shame unfortunately we would not rebook to stay here especially for how much we paid for it, the room facilites do not justify the cost and we do not buy cheap for a summer holidays!

This is a 3-star resort, perhaps exacerbated by visiting towards the end of the season. Our room was spacious and generally clean, although dusty underneath the bed. Small details fell short of 5-star standards; stirrers instead of teaspoons, no “Do Not Disturb” signs, bed linen not changed during our six-night stay. The lack of door signs meant my daughter was occasionally woken from naps by staff, absolutely not the staff’s fault, and they were always apologetic, but easily avoided. Facilities were adequate, plenty of well-maintained sun loungers. The pools were not heated, which I expected, but is worth noting. Several areas felt tired including the outdoor gym, shop, pool grill and aqua park grill. The lobby had recently been renovated. The food was the biggest disappointment and the main reason we would not return. Almost all meat and fish were frozen (indicated by an asterisk on the menu). The options were basic (spaghetti bolognese and pizza every night at the buffet, pizza or burgers every day at the pool grill). The à la carte restaurants were hard to book, the food was disappointing, the moussaka the worst I’ve had, Mosquitoes and wasps were a persistent problem. Some days, smoke rings were used to deter wasps, while on others they were absent, making the soft drinks machines almost unusable. Citronella candles were provided on tables in the evening, occasionally with additional rings underneath, but these measures were not used consistently.

Excellent hotel. Family friendly, great staff, good food. Beach and pools amazing although none of them heated so can be cold (we were there end of season) didn’t stop us though! Limited entertainment but nice vibe in the piazza area in the evenings.

Die ganze Anlage ist wie ein kleines Dorf angelegt - ein schöner Marktplatz mit den Restaurants und einer Bar - wenn man abends dort sitzt fühlt es sich gar nicht wie in einem Hotel an :) alles ist wunderschön bepflanzt - es gibt einen kleinen Tierpark, einen Mega wasserpark, immer kalte Getränke und super leckeres Essen. Das Service Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Wir waren eine Woche da und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit als Familie!

We had a great week in this resort but would say that the rooms are definitely not 5 star, I would say 3 star would be a more accurate rating. The staff were excellent and friendly.

It was a really relaxing holiday and we had everything we needed at Grecotel Costa Botanica ! Our son loved the pools , waterslides and running around the beach! The girls at the kids club are great as well! The food the service and ambiance is excellent! I would definitely recommend it!
