In Kerkyra, the hotel apartment "Spyridoula Studio 1" offers a wonderful view of the sea. The 25 m² property includes a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning as well as a TV. A baby cot is also available.

The hotel apartment has a private balcony. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (open from May 10 to September 30) and an open terrace, is also available for your use.

The property boasts an excellent location 800 m from the beach. Furthermore, a number of restaurants, cafés and grocery stores are situated nearby.

Free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

We stayed in this studio for 6 nights in June 2024 and we loved it. It was very reasonably priced and the view is stunning!! We communicated with the owner via WhatsApp and she answered very quickly, and was always very helpful. The only downsides were that to get such a stunning view, the property was on a hill which was a bit of a pig to climb/drive up. But in my opinion it was definitely worth it for the view! Also the shower was just a loose hose, it had no fixing to the wall but we didn’t find this too much of a problem. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to make some light meals at home, could've done with a tea towel though. Overall I would definitely recommend!!
