Buffet food was the best quality I’ve had - a smaller choice but still plenty to choose from and all delicious. Plenty of salads and they changed daily. Staff were all fantastic and keen to help us. Premium brand drinks and good cocktails. The grounds were lovely although the pool really was the coldest I’ve been in. Even after swimming around for 15 mins it still felt cold - it would not stop me from returning though….

Not a 5 star hotel. Service was exceptional, very friendly and attentive. It was also very clean. Pool loungers excellent. Food ok. unfortunately only overcooked fish, not even in the greek restaurant. Beach ok. Gym was old and some machines broken. Entertainment at night low. Biggest disappointment was the room - tiny, not enough space for all of our luggage, view inland was catastrophe (looking on an abandoned building. That is nothing a 5 star hotel should offer), noisy (some strange noise from a compressor every 15min, alsl at night).feedback from front desk "you cannot do anything about it.you booked i land view".

Lovely hotel and great food

Really enjoyed our stay here, food quality was excellent and there was a lot of variety. We only managed to get into one of the A la carte restaurants, the Japanese, which was very nice. Service is superb at the bars and in the restaurants. Our room was slightly on the small side for a family of 4 but it worked ok. Pools were excellent and location is great, although you can’t really walk anywhere outside of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Its situated away from the main shopping area but compensated by having a lovely beach just behind the pool - the food is great and the staff are very helpful and cheery. Corfu Old Town is easily reached by Taxi and it is full of character, the inclusive Cocktails at the Hotel are excellent- we would return again and recommend it.

We had a fantastic time at here, the food was exceptional, with a huge array of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lay out of the hotel, pool areas and access to the sea was great too and it was nice to spend time in different areas(including the kids pool with my two year old) The staff were brilliant also, from the team in the dining area or serving drinks by the pool or bars or on reception or the cleaning staff. The kids club was excellent too and my six year old daughter could not get enough of that or the mini disco which was the highlight of her day... and ours ! All in all we had a fantastic stay there and could not fault anything and highly recommend.

Food great. Staff great. This property is NoT 5 star. The grounds are a work in progress. I would have been ashamed to offer a ‘garden view’ which was basically a scrappy field with no planting bare earth and pretty bleak. No soap or decent re usable products in bathroom only refillable bottles. First time I’ve ever had to go out to buy soap! If you didn’t get a bed by pool there was no service, why you would go to the tiny unkempt beach I have no idea. . Toilet facilities at snack bar v poor and reported but nothing done. I could go on. There’s only 2 pools btw! Not 3. The tiny kids club pool doesn’t count. I’m also pretty sure that people were walking in not guests. There’s no security so why not.

My review is somewhat clouded due to a strike involving the cleaners, waiters and other operational staff for two complete days and which covered a significant proportion of our trip. We were informed on Day 1 that the strike would go ahead the next day but that the rooms would have fresh linen and water stocked up. In fact no fresh linen or water was made available, wooden cutlery and paper plates, limited bar service and two of the three restaurants shut. Needless to say the hotel was not too clean at this time. I had a chat with the manager, Mr Urselmann, requested that our room be cleaned on the second day, he clearly stated that he would review and get back to me within a couple of hours....which did not happen, he basically ignored us when passing us a few times the following day ....I am still waiting and will take this forward with Expedia. The staff who did not strike did their very best, and are a credit to the hotel. The management would have known about this strike and should really have taken steps to ensure that a form of cover was available - it was quite apparent that this did not happen. I understand that these reviews pass across Mr Urselmann's desk and would be pleased to hear his comments.

Très bel hôtel (rénové) situé en bord de mer (petite plage privée avec activités nautiques), à proximité immédiate de la ville de Corfou, avec magnifique vue sur le nord de l'île et sur l'Albanie toute proche. Chambres très bien équipées et confortables. Deux très belles piscines (+ petite piscine avec aire de jeu pour les enfants) et espaces verts autour des bassins. Hôtel, chambres, espaces intérieurs & extérieurs, parties communes, sanitaires, piscines : tout est toujours très propre grâce à la présence et l'efficacité du personnel. Restauration tout simplement excellente : buffet varié et garni, deux restaurants (japonais et grec) inclus. Mention très spéciale au personnel : toujours dévoué, à l'écoute des vacanciers, très efficace et souriant ! En conclusion : nous recommandons !

The staff are wonderful, the food is great, never an issue getting a sun lounger and the ambiance is really nice. Rooms spotless. We had a great stay. Only recommendation is to improve the gym which needs new equipment. Would definitely recommend.
