Villa Marquez situated in the heart of Corfu, one of the most beautiful of the greek islands. Within 20 minutes walking distance is the coastal village of Ipsos located in a very large bay; the town develops in length following the seafront. The water is very clean and the shallow seabed slopes gently. At the end of the beach there is a small port and in various points of the very long stretch of sand there are centers for water sports such as water skiing; Ipsos also offers a beautiful view of Mount Pantokratos, which rises to the left of the coast.
Villa Garcia, with its private swimming pool, has been built on an old olive grove, so offers complete privacy and tranquility and breathtaking panoramic views of the Ionian sea stretching right across to the mountains of mainland Greece.
The interior of the villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
In detail, on the ground floor there is the large living area with open plan kitchen equipped with everything you may need, overlooking the panoramic terrace where you will find a large table for your dinners in company.
An internal staircase will let you reach the bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and with queen size beds for two of them.
The outside areas offer many options; a shaded pergola with a large dining table, an outdoor barbecue, a rooftop balcony and sunbeds and deckchairs all around the infinity edge swimming pool.
We reduce to the minimum the environmental impact by practicing eco-friendly techniques and using organic materials.
