There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed (which can be separated into two singles) and another with a double bed; both bedrooms — as well as the living room — include air conditioning. Balcony access from both bedrooms and the living room gives you a pleasant outdoor space for morning coffee or evening meals. The apartment also offers Wi-Fi (up to 24 Mbps), washing machine, heating and cooling, and a modern bathroom with shower. Hot water is provided via an electric boiler: simply flip the correct switch in the electrical panel and allow 15–20 minutes for the water to heat up. On request a baby cot or highchair can be provided, and check-in is simplified via a keybox.

House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in begins at 15:00 via keybox, and check-out is at 10:00. Quiet hours are from 15:00–17:00 and 23:00–07:00. As is common in many older buildings in Greece, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or other waste — guests should dispose of waste in the bathroom bin rather than flushing.
