lovely touches like the bottle of water left in room because we got there in the wee hours of the morning. pool area lovely and food at bar was tasty and reasonably priced. rooms a bit dated but clean and comfy. had a fab holiday

Arrived late afternoon and we were greeted by the owner and offered her homemade lemon cake while filling in details. Accomodation is just as we had expected and paid for, basic and clean. 2 single beds, but super comfy and slept great, just what we needed. Pool area is great, lovely big clean pool and not busy. 10 minute walk to the beach and beach restaurants. 5 mins walk along the main road to shops and more restaurants, cafes. Bus stop right next to accomodation. If you are looking for luxury, this is not for you, but if you are looking for excellent value, basic, clean accomodation with basic but great bar and food options at very reasonable prices it is! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Amazing holiday

A family trip to Greece. Wonderful weather, a large swimming pool on site, and a well-stocked bar offering delicious meals and drinks. The room was small, with a somewhat outdated kitchenette. The shower had a curtain instead of a cabin, and water often spilled onto the floor. The balcony overlooks the pool and sea. We only slept in the room. It was quiet and pleasant; we couldn't complain. Only 10 min walk to the beach.

Lovely family run hotel

Just back from our family holiday at the Tzilios . Comfortable self catering accommodation at a very good price . Located between Roda & Acharavi, 5 mins walk to the beach . Fantastic pool and George’s snack bar serving all day and into the late hours . Service charge of €4 per day for a excellent aircon unit in the room . Lovely sun set view from the balcony . We will look to use the place again ! Yamas

The property is definitely suited for families. Huge swimming pool. Poolside bar and grill. Limited menu. Our room was not large. No extras …. Shampoo, coffee, tea. The only legitimate.complaint is the shower. Impossible to use … I doubt it was 1x1 meter, and shower curtain did not contain the water. I would stay at Harry’s Bar and Apartments.

Well situated for exploring the north coast

Good value self catering studios ideally located between Acharavi and Roda. 5 minute walk to the shoreline then 25 minute walk to Roda, 10 minutes to Acharavi beaches. Bus stop outside with direct connection to Corfu town (and summer specials to Sidari and Kassiaopi) The building,room,grounds and pool were all maintained to a very high standard and was clear that the owners take a lot of pride In their accommodation. Kitchenette was well equipped and bathroom maintained to a high standard. All rooms face away from the main road, a little bit of a sea view may be possible from some rooms. Pool free to use and there is a snack bar in site for drinks etc. As others have mentioned there is a €4 per day surcharge for the air conditioning but you can’t really complain at these prices! Overall well recommended and I would stay again

Vielen Dank für Alles! Super Atmosphäre und sehr saubere Zimmer und leckeres Essen im Restaurant und Bar. Sehr ruhig und schön im nördlichen Acharavi gelegen. Und die Besitzer sind sehr gesellig und haben uns alle ihre Geheimtipps verraten und beim mieten der Touren & Mietwagen geholfen. Es ist kein Luxus, aber definitiv ein ruhiges get away fern vom Tourismus. Liebe Grüße aus Berlin

We love the place as it’s calm, peaceful and relaxing. The pool is great and spacious and Bettina and her mother are lovely. If you get a chance to try the cake, it is wonderful! We came here last year and enjoyed it then so thought why not come back and enjoy it again!

Заселили как только приехали (около 12 часов дня) - это несомненный плюс. В целом все было хорошо. Понравился бар возле бассейна - очень вкусная мусака, большие порции. Не понравилось, что в душе короткая занавеска и вода стекала на пол, он все время был мокрый. До пляжа пешком минут 10, пляж галечный.

Like all Greek properties I have been exposed to there is a problem with mosquitos in the room unless you close everything up and switch on the air conditioner. This makes the evenings rather unpleasant and one ends up with itchy bumps all over the next morning. And even with all the doors and windows shut tight, they still seem to get in.

It was in a nice and quiet location. Plenty of sun beds by the pool, the grounds were clean. The restaurant had nice food at a good price. The staff were very friendly. My only complaint is the lack of hot water. But I think this was noted by the staff and they were working on fixing it. We stayed for 8 nights and had only 2 hot showers. The rooms were dated but as we didn’t spend a lot of time in them it didn’t really bother us.
