- Varvara is a typical Corfu beach house, nestled right on the seaside of Koyevinas Beach, with a private pool, in a very quiet area of Kassiopi, ideal for a family or party of four, seeking a holiday where the beach and the sun are the focus.
For those looking for an alternative to the bustling beach or a retreat from the waves, Villa Varvara offers a sun-kissed private swimming pool tucked away in its tranquil back garden. Surrounded by sunny terraces and complete with comfortable sunbathing amenities, this charming oasis is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful escape.
The villa comprises two bedrooms, a beach terrace with ideal settings for admiring the open sea and it is a real gem, hidden away from the lively surrounded beaches, but also so close to them all.
Varvara consists of a fully equipped kitchen and lounge, a family bathroom, and two air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin. The lounge houses a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into an extra single bed (for a child of up to 12 years of age) and a dining area. The doors open onto the front balcony and terrace, just two steps away from the pebbly beach.

Varvara - My favourite place
It was my second stay at Varvara with everything being absolutely exceptional again and even the surprise addition of a swimming pool this time! The property is very comfortable and it's location right on the beach couldn't be any better.

Exceptional
Exceptional, idyllic location, wonderful house and perfect hosts. The location was incredible - right on a quiet clean beach, a short drive or walk from a supermarket. The house came with a swimming pool which we didn't even know about - what a pleasant surprise. Our hosts next door were very helpful when we needed help, and gave us a place to park our car.

The house is lovely, located on a nice beach. It is peaceful and quiet. The sea just in front of the garden is just incredible and the pool is a plus. The owners are so nice. We will come back!!

A lovely week
We were looking for a place to relax and switch off for a week. Varvara hit the spot perfectly - right by the water's edge, not surrounded by hoards of other properties, and a simple, lovely walk in to Kassiopi for a morning coffee or an evening drink. We loved it.

Lovely week!
The beach house was lovely and great to be so close to the sea. 15 minute walk to Avalki beach and 15 minutes into Kassiopi. Very helpful hosts next door and I would highly recommend - we will be back!

A little dream beach house
We absolutely loved this beach house and the beautiful crystal clear sea
And the beautiful flowered terrace
Really didn't want too leave and we are all ready planning a return
We would also like too mention the owners who live next-door so friendly and kind but never intuitive.
If you get the opportunity too stay at varvara beach house i promise you you'll never forget it

Amazing location
The location of the property is out of this world, it is like having your private beach!
There is enough shade throughout the day if you wish to remain in the shade, and of course, there are plenty of opportunities to get under direct sunshine, if you wish.
The property itself is very well managed, you always feel looked after, it is cleaned and tidied every other day as soon as you go on an outing. The owner is a next-door, so you can ask for advice and help any time.

A little piece of heaven!
Location, location, location! Stunning views across the sea straits to the Albanian mountains. Very pretty, sea facing courtyard garden, on 2 levels with a variety of seating and tables, along with a seat and sun loungers for private use of villa residents on the beach outside the cottage. Perfect for early morning coffee while watching passing yachts and boats. Quiet beach area, felt like our own private beach most of the time. The owners, who live next door, are very friendly and helpful but not intrusive. The villa was very clean and linen/towels changed regularly, bins emptied frequently too. We hired a car to explore the local mountain roads, stopping off for Greek coffees and meeting the locals sat at tiny cafes in the mountain villages, and many beautiful views to the coast. Most of the mountain villages are easily accessible, provided you have a head for heights on some of the hairpin bends! Nearby Kassiopi town has all the amenities you may need.

A beautiful Villa set in an idyllic location
Villa Varvara is a beautiful place on the seafront, you walk across the beach to your own private gated entrance which leads to the most charming Greek Villa. A fantastic patio with sunbeds a quaint pergola to sit in the shade and also a shower area. Steps lead up to your balcony an idea place to sit at your table eat, relax and listen and watch the waves. The interior of the Villa is typically Greek and has absolutely everything you need for your perfect beach holiday. The bedrooms are pretty and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is great everything has been thought out for your stay.There is a superb swimming pool to the rear which is lovely and clean with sunbeds and umbrellas for shade in the heat. This is fenced off and very private, a great place for sun lovers. There is a barbeque for your use which we enjoyed, also a private bench outside your gate to relax and watch the world go by.The beach is stony but if you walk to the left by the little jetty you can swim and there is a sandy part. There is a trail that leads up through the olive grove which leads to Kassiopi, follow the orange arrows and signs. Its a bit hilly and uneven but great if you fancy it, it leads out to the harbour, not a short cut but very pretty indeed.You are able to walk easily to Kassiopi town if you take the path from the small beach in about 15- 20 minutes which is fab lots of bars, shops and restaurants and if you walk the other way you can visit another beach and have food or drinks at Cabo Babaro which is fab.The owners live in the villa next door and are very welcoming and courteous people, they were very helpful and friendly but not intrusive at all. We would definitely visit again, it was lovely, and if you like to fish bring your rod, walk out of your gate and catch some fish.

Naprosto úžasné. Ze zahrady rovnou do moře, vzadu za domem bazén. Plně vybavená kuchyně, využít se dá i grill. Nekrásnější dovolená. Určitě doporučujeme. (EN: Absolutely amazing. Perfekter Ort zum Entspannen
Die Lage direkt am Strand ist einfach nur traumhaft! Der Blick von der Terrasse mit den wunderschönen Blumen und dem Meer atemberaubend! Die Unterkunft ist perfekt zum entspannen, überall gibt es gemütliche Sitzecken und man hat sogar seine privaten Liegen direkt am Strand stehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt auch einen Grill. Sehr nette Vermieter, die direkt nebenan wohnen. Wir haben sogar frisch gefangenen Fisch von Ihnen geschenkt bekommen.
Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern.

Beautiful seclusion.
Great location and fabulous outdoor space. Right on the beach and very private. There are some good walks to other beaches and a very short walk (15- 30 mins) to Kassiopi. There is a well-stocked supermarket very close by.

Had a great time and would use again.
The location is outstanding, the distance from the garden to the sea (Kogevina beach) is less than 10 metres. The only noise was the sound of the sea, in the evening if you dimmed the lights, the night sky was fantastic. The owners next door were really friendly and welcoming. Generally a little dated and old fashioned, but not really a problem as everything you needed was there. The bathroom could do with updating.
