So close to everything in old Corfu. I recommend dinner at Salto which is right downstairs. I would go back anytime. I wish I lived there.」

After a stressful start to our holiday, with the airline delaying the delivery of our luggage, the hotel staff were absolutely amazing. They immediately put our minds at ease and kindly accepted our delayed bags when they were delivered by the courier, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. 「This is a beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful time here. The one thing they do great here is the food! From the breakfast, to the BBQ lunch and even the buffet dinner. It’s all done to a high standard. The staff are super helpful, polite and professional. We stayed in one of the bungalows, which is a good location within the hotel. The only downside is the AC was very weak and the room didn’t cool down as much as I would’ve liked. You also hear the other residents next door quite a bit. But...

「This a lovely hotel in a stunning location. We enjoyed our stay but I think it could excel if it fixed a few issues: - found a solution to sun bed hogging which made it very hard to find spaces after 9am - replaced broken sun beds more readily - deployed more staff by the pool, too few to get a drink readily - bolstered the concierge team. We had to chase and chase for answers to queries (even ones made weeks before arrival) - fixed room fridges (they barely cooled anything)」
