“The staff was so friendly. We were made a beautiful breakfast, and we asked if we could keep our bags after checkout which was fine. The beds were comfy and the rooms had everything we needed and more. I will come back to this hotel no doubt!”

Then two flights of dark, decrepit, and narrow steep stairs carrying luggage to unmarked doors that I only knew of from another review. The host was contentious and unhelpful with pre-check in and check in, not giving any information until we paid €2 for some mystery fees. “Very nice apartment right in old town and walkable to everything. The host was very kind and helpful. Very clean and beautiful. Be aware there are water issues and we could not use the toilet or shower for 2 days. Also be aware there is an extra cost of 8 euro a day that isn’t very clear in the listing.”
