「The staff was so friendly. We were made a beautiful breakfast, and we asked if we could keep our bags after checkout which was fine. The beds were comfy and the rooms had everything we needed and more. I will come back to this hotel no doubt!」

Then two flights of dark, decrepit, and narrow steep stairs carrying luggage to unmarked doors that I only knew of from another review. The host was contentious and unhelpful with pre-check in and check in, not giving any information until we paid €2 for some mystery fees.
