The buffet dinner was excellent and was full of options. We greatly enjoyed the live music on the outdoor patio. The rooms are small but comfortable. That said, the bathroom was so small that the door hit the toilet!

Great hotel in the Mon Repos area of corfu. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay. Rooms are spacious and location is ideal especially if you have a car. It's an historic hotel so some renovation would be appreciated but overall a great stay.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war reichlich und frisch und alles hat gut geschmeckt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und unser Zimmer war sauber. Wir haben uns im Hotel Mons Repos Palace sehr wohl gefühlt.

This hotel was nicer than I expected. It’s on the outskirts of old town but still walkable if you wanted to. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast/Dinner buffet very well stocked. The rooms I had was spacious with a nice view. I would highly recommend this hotel. The only CON was street parking limited. No fault of the hotel.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was amazing. Location nice. Beds are hard as boards but the ac runs very cold. Floors and toilets dated and leaky. Room was quiet. Pool was nice but shallow so it was warm water and closes at 6pm.

Fantastic location and lovely traditional communal areas. Some rooms are a little tired and in need of refurb which should be prioritised particularly as the room rate has increased. Some excellent and helpful staff always help to make Mon Repos a lovely place to stay. Corfu and Corfu Town are wonderful.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast buffet was huge, fresh, diverse and absolutely delicious. The staff were so polite and attentive at all times, they went out of their way to make sure you were ok. From beginning to end was a pleasure to be there and we felt very welcome at all times.

This was our fourth visit to Mon Repos Palace hotel. We want to mention Leena on reception, who always makes us feel so welcome when we arrive and throughout our stay. The hotel is clean and full of character. We had a great room on the 4th floor with a balcony overlooking the sea, Corfu old town, and the fortress. Breakfast is first class, with an incredible variety of fresh food on offer. The staff are polite and friendly, always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is located just steps from the seafront, and a 25 minute walk into the old town although taxis and buses are available too. The pool area, while not large and with a limited number of sunbeds, suits the hotel - we always got a space. The hotel bar serves excellent cocktails at reasonable prices. There are a few supermarkets within easy walking distance, and plenty of excellent restaurants and Tavernas if you choose the bed and breakfast option. Mon Repos is a wonderful area to stay so peaceful, picturesque, and just a five-minute taxi ride from the airport. We can't wait to see you all again! Laura & Chris Handshaw

The description of a chic 4 star hotel is definitely lost in translation. I was surprised to see how outdated the hotel floor’s interior was as well as the bathrooms. To be honest I chose NOT to use the shower and thank goodness I travel with no water needed full body bath wipes. The bathroom was old and needed several upgrades. NOT being able to put toilet paper in the toilet was off putting and had to force myself to remember. This was a first for me. The towels in the room were scratchy and old. The bed mattress was hard too and the very thin sheets made for an uncomfortable night’s sleep. The BEST feature and surprise was the huge balcony/patio with beautiful views of the sea. The price was pretty high for what you got and had I known it was dark, old, and in serious need of updating, I would never have stayed there. My return to Corfu will be at a different hotel.
