"During my stay, I was jolted awake in the middle of the night by staff who simply unlocked my door and walked in without warning. This was not an isolated incident. It happened at least twice: once at 2am, and again at 8am just as I had finally managed to fall back asleep. The fact that a guest's room can be entered without consent — not once but repeatedly — represents a serious failure of basic security protocol. What made the experience worse was the response when I raised the matter at the front desk. The staff member on duty acknowledged that the 8am intrusion was his doing. And yet not a single word of apology was offered. No acknowledgment of the distress caused, no recognition that a sleeping guest's room had been entered without permission in the early hours of the morning, twice. To compound the indifference further, while I was standing there reporting these security breaches, the phone rang — and he answered it. Mid-conversation. As though what I was describing was not worth his full attention. Mistakes happen in hospitality. What is far harder to excuse is the complete absence of accountability when they do. A simple apology costs nothing and goes a long way. Its absence here said everything. In more than a thousand hotel stays across the world, this stands alone as the worst experience I have had. "

"The breakfast was nice. The guy over the breakfast bar area was very stingy with ice for some reason. We are almost the only ones at the hotel the first night and he barely would give out ice and then the next day no one was at the bar area and yes, I got ice from the ice container on top of the bar that had been out all night--and the bar guy got upset that I would get my on ice. Still about 4 tables of people at this low time of the year. The front desk people were extremely nice and I would go back for them. Above all, be over giving to your customers when it cost you nothing to make their day. Ice is a little thing when you have an ice machine and you are paying to stay at a hotel."

"The location couldn’t have been better — every room had an amazing ocean view. The hotel is right on the beach and just steps from Corfu Old Town, which is stunning. The hospitality was exceptional, and everything felt modern and spotless. The heated bathroom floors were such a luxurious touch!"

"Everything was great, really. We only had 1 glass in the room, but we got along fine with sharing it. Breakfast was wonderful and very inexpensive. Staff was very helpful in getting us to the airport."

The access to the rooms and building were easy and efficient and the team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend staying here for multiple nights, as it feels like a home away from home. Close walking distance to all sights, attractions, shops and restaurants. "
